Like most brides, you will have many questions.  We hope this will serve to answer at least some of them.

What is included in Hardeman-Sams House facility fee?
We schedule only one event at a time at Hardeman-Sams House, unless otherwise specified. Your facility fee provides complete access to the entire house and gardens.

What is the size of your tables?
Hardeman-Sams House provides up to 10, 60” tables for guests. Each table will seat 9 for buffet seating or 8 for formal seating.

How many people can Hardeman-Sams House accommodate?
Hardeman-Sams House can comfortably accommodate 70 people for an inside, sit-down dinner or 350 for a standing reception.  Providing a dance area may reduce the capacity.  We will be happy to assist with tent rentals if additional capacity is needed.

May we bring our own decorations?
You are welcome to bring your own decorations, however, nothing may be attached to the walls. Feel free to talk with us about other in-house decorations you would prefer to have removed for your event.

Does Hardeman-Sams House decorate for Christmas?
Yes, we do! They usually go up a week before Thanksgiving and come down the second week in January. 

How many bathrooms does Hardeman-Sams House have?
Hardeman-Sams House has one bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a bathroom for the groom’s party and a bathroom for the bridal party.  Also there is a beautiful full bridal bathroom in the bridal room.
